Travel Itinerary
Depart Mombasa early in the morning and travel along the Mombasa-Nairobi Highway towards Tsavo East National Park, one of Kenya's oldest and largest wildlife sanctuaries. Upon arrival, enter the park and enjoy your first game drive as you head to your lodge or tented camp for lunch. In the afternoon, set out on an extensive game drive across the park's vast open plains in search of the famous red elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, hartebeests, and numerous antelope species. You will also visit the renowned Aruba Dam, a permanent water source that attracts large concentrations of wildlife throughout the day, providing excellent photography opportunities. As the sun sets over the savannah, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

After an early breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive in Tsavo East before driving to Tsavo West National Park, renowned for its dramatic scenery, volcanic hills, lava flows, and rich biodiversity. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge before embarking on an afternoon game drive through the park. Visit the spectacular Mzima Springs, where millions of litres of crystal-clear water flow daily from the Chyulu Hills, attracting hippos, crocodiles, fish, and numerous bird species. Continue exploring the park in search of elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, elands, and if fortunate, the elusive black rhinoceros in the protected sanctuary. Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.
