TERMS OF SERVICE. RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT: A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure reservations. Full payment must be received no later than 12 hours prior to arrival via PayPal, Skrill, Payoneer or bank transfer. RATES: All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are based on current tariffs and exchange rates. Rates are subject to change without prior notice in case of currency fluctuation or increases in government taxes or fuel surcharges. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: Cancellations received 2 days before arrival: full refund less administrative fees. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-show: full cancellation charges apply. UNUSED SERVICES: No refunds will be made for any unused portion of the tour or services once travel has commenced. INSURANCE: Comprehensive travel and health insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellation, medical, and personal expenses.
