Travel Itinerary

Day 1 : Mombasa – Tsavo East National Park
Depart Mombasa early in the morning and drive to Tsavo East National Park via Bachuma Gate. Begin your game drive immediately upon entering the park. Search for the famous red elephants, lions, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, ostriches, and numerous antelope species. Visit Aruba Dam, a popular wildlife gathering point, before checking in at your lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy another game drive to Lugard Falls and the Galana River.
Meals: Lunch & Dinner
Overnight: Voi wildlife Lodge, Satao Camp, or simila
Day 2 : Tsavo East – Tsavo West National Park
After an early morning game drive and breakfast, drive to Tsavo West National Park with game viewing en route. Visit the crystal-clear Mzima Springs, home to hippos and crocodiles, and explore the fascinating Shetani Lava Flows. Continue with an afternoon game drive in search of elephants, black rhinos, lions, leopards, buffaloes, and other wildlife.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Overnight: Ngulia Safari Lodge or similar.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit of 40% of the total tour cost is required to confirm a booking.

Full payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to departure, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, mobile money, or other approved methods.

3. Prices

All prices are quoted in the specified currency and are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed.

Quoted prices include only the services expressly stated in the itinerary.

The Company reserves the right to adjust prices due to increases in park fees, government taxes, fuel costs, exchange rate fluctuations, or supplier charges beyond its control.

4. Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation

More than 60 days before departure: Deposit refundable less administrative charges.

30–59 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.

15–29 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee.

Less than 15 days before departure or no-show: 100% cancellation fee.

Some lodges, camps, airlines, and third-party suppliers may have stricter cancellation policies which shall apply where relevant.

6. Changes or Cancellation by the Company

The Company reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather conditions, road conditions, safety concerns, government regulations, park closures, or other circumstances beyond its control.

Where significant changes are necessary, the Company will provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

If the Company cancels a tour due to circumstances within its control, payments received will be refunded in full.
