CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: Cancellations received 2 days before arrival: full refund less administrative fees. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-show: full cancellation charges apply. UNUSED SERVICES: No refunds will be made for any unused portion of the tour or services once travel has commenced. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the travel date. It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain all necessary visas and travel permits. INSURANCE: Comprehensive travel and health insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellation, medical, and personal expenses. Any additional expenses due to personal delays or deviations will be borne by the client.
