Travel Itinerary

Day 1 : Nairobi- Amboseli National Parlk
Depart Nairobi after breakfast and drive south through the scenic Kenyan countryside to Amboseli National Park. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge before heading out on an afternoon game drive. Search for elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and other wildlife against the magnificent backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Overnight: Amboseli Kimana Tented Camp- Budget
Day 2 : Full-Day Amboseli National Park
After an early breakfast, enjoy a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch. Explore the park's diverse habitats, including open plains, swamps, and acacia woodlands. Visit Observation Hill for panoramic views and continue searching for the Big Four, hippos, hyenas, cheetahs, and over 400 bird species. Capture unforgettable photographs of elephants with Mount Kilimanjaro in the background.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit of 40% of the total tour cost is required to confirm a booking.

Full payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to departure, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, mobile money, or other approved methods.

3. Prices

All prices are quoted in the specified currency and are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed.

Quoted prices include only the services expressly stated in the itinerary.

The Company reserves the right to adjust prices due to increases in park fees, government taxes, fuel costs, exchange rate fluctuations, or supplier charges beyond its control.

4. Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation

More than 60 days before departure: Deposit refundable less administrative charges.

30–59 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.

15–29 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee.

Less than 15 days before departure or no-show: 100% cancellation fee.

Some lodges, camps, airlines, and third-party suppliers may have stricter cancellation policies which shall apply where relevant.

6. Changes or Cancellation by the Company

The Company reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather conditions, road conditions, safety concerns, government regulations, park closures, or other circumstances beyond its control.

Where significant changes are necessary, the Company will provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

If the Company cancels a tour due to circumstances within its control, payments received will be refunded in full.
