Travel Itinerary

Day 1 : Nairobi – Amboseli National Park
Your safari begins with an early morning departure from Nairobi, driving south through the scenic Kenyan countryside toward Amboseli National Park. You will arrive at your lodge or camp in time for lunch and a short period of relaxation before heading out on an afternoon game drive. Amboseli is renowned for its impressive elephant populations, many featuring magnificent long tusks, as well as lions, cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, spotted hyenas, and numerous antelope species. If weather conditions permit, you will enjoy spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak, providing an unforgettable backdrop for photography. As the sun sets over the plains, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2 : Amboseli National Park – Nairobi
Begin the day with an early morning game drive when wildlife is most active and the golden sunrise often reveals the snow-capped summit of Mount Kilimanjaro. This is the ideal time to photograph elephants crossing the open plains, predators on the hunt, and a rich variety of birdlife around the park's wetlands. After the game drive, return to the lodge for breakfast before checking out. Depending on your departure time, you may enjoy a final en-route game drive as you leave the park. You will then drive back to Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon, where you will be dropped off at your hotel, residence, or the airport, marking the end of a memorable Amboseli safari.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit of 40% of the total tour cost is required to confirm a booking.

Full payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to departure, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, mobile money, or other approved methods.

3. Prices

All prices are quoted in the specified currency and are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed.

Quoted prices include only the services expressly stated in the itinerary.

The Company reserves the right to adjust prices due to increases in park fees, government taxes, fuel costs, exchange rate fluctuations, or supplier charges beyond its control.

4. Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation

More than 60 days before departure: Deposit refundable less administrative charges.

30–59 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.

15–29 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee.

Less than 15 days before departure or no-show: 100% cancellation fee.

Some lodges, camps, airlines, and third-party suppliers may have stricter cancellation policies which shall apply where relevant.

6. Changes or Cancellation by the Company

The Company reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather conditions, road conditions, safety concerns, government regulations, park closures, or other circumstances beyond its control.

Where significant changes are necessary, the Company will provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

If the Company cancels a tour due to circumstances within its control, payments received will be refunded in full.
