Travel Itinerary

Day 1 : Nairobi- Lake Nakuru National Park
- Pick up from your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi at approximately 7:00 AM.
- Drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley with a stop at the viewpoint for spectacular panoramic photographs.
- Continue to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in time for lunch at your lodge or camp.
- After lunch and a short rest, enjoy an afternoon game drive.
Day 2 : Lake Nakuru- Nairobi
- Early morning game drive when wildlife is most active and the lighting is perfect for photography.
- Search for predators and enjoy more sightings of rhinos, giraffes, antelopes, and birdlife.
- Return to the lodge for breakfast.
- Check out and depart for Nairobi.
- Optional stop for lunch (at own cost) along the way.
- Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon and transfer to your hotel or the airport.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit of 40% of the total tour cost is required to confirm a booking.

Full payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to departure, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, mobile money, or other approved methods.

3. Prices

All prices are quoted in the specified currency and are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed.

Quoted prices include only the services expressly stated in the itinerary.

The Company reserves the right to adjust prices due to increases in park fees, government taxes, fuel costs, exchange rate fluctuations, or supplier charges beyond its control.

4. Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation

More than 60 days before departure: Deposit refundable less administrative charges.

30–59 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.

15–29 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee.

Less than 15 days before departure or no-show: 100% cancellation fee.

Some lodges, camps, airlines, and third-party suppliers may have stricter cancellation policies which shall apply where relevant.

6. Changes or Cancellation by the Company

The Company reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather conditions, road conditions, safety concerns, government regulations, park closures, or other circumstances beyond its control.

Where significant changes are necessary, the Company will provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

If the Company cancels a tour due to circumstances within its control, payments received will be refunded in full.
