Travel Itinerary
Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel, residence, or the airport in Mombasa. Drive along the Mombasa–Nairobi Highway to Tsavo East National Park, arriving in time for an en-route game drive as you make your way to your lodge or tented camp. Keep an eye out for the park's famous red elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, and a variety of antelope species. After lunch and some time to relax, embark on an afternoon game drive to explore the park's expansive plains and visit the famous Aruba Dam, where wildlife gathers to drink throughout the day. As the sun sets over the savannah, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
