Travel Itinerary
Depart from Nairobi after breakfast and drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley with a brief stop at the viewpoint for photography. Continue to the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve, arriving in time for lunch at the lodge or camp. In the afternoon, enjoy your first game drive across the vast plains of the Mara in search of lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, cheetahs, and many more wildlife species. Return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.
Spend the full day exploring Maasai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives or a full-day game drive with picnic lunch, depending on the safari arrangement. The reserve offers exceptional wildlife viewing and is one of the best places in Africa to witness the Big Five. You may also have the option of visiting a Maasai village for a cultural experience at an extra cost. Return to your lodge or camp in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out and depart Maasai Mara for Lake Naivasha, enjoying beautiful scenery along the way. Arrive in Naivasha in time for lunch and relax before heading out for an afternoon boat ride on Lake Naivasha, where you may spot hippos, fish eagles, and other birdlife. You may also visit Crescent Island for a walking safari if included or available as an optional activity. Later, return to your hotel or resort for dinner and overnight stay.
