Travel Itinerary

Day 1 : Nairobi – Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Depart Nairobi at 7:00 a.m. and drive through the scenic central highlands to Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge or camp. In the afternoon, enjoy an exciting game drive in search of elephants, lions, buffaloes, rhinos, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, and other wildlife. Visit the Sweet waters Chimpanzee Sanctuary and the northern white rhino enclosure before returning to your accommodation.
Dinner and Overnight: Sweetwaters Serena Camp or similar.
Day 2 : Ol Pejeta – Nairobi
After an early breakfast, embark on a sunrise game drive when wildlife is most active. Explore different areas of the conservancy while searching for predators and plains game. Enjoy breathtaking views of Mount Kenya before departing for Nairobi. Arrive in the afternoon and transfer to your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

2. Payment Terms

A deposit of 40% of the total tour cost is required to confirm a booking.

Full payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to departure, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, mobile money, or other approved methods.

3. Prices

All prices are quoted in the specified currency and are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed.

Quoted prices include only the services expressly stated in the itinerary.

The Company reserves the right to adjust prices due to increases in park fees, government taxes, fuel costs, exchange rate fluctuations, or supplier charges beyond its control.

4. Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation

More than 60 days before departure: Deposit refundable less administrative charges.

30–59 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.

15–29 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee.

Less than 15 days before departure or no-show: 100% cancellation fee.

Some lodges, camps, airlines, and third-party suppliers may have stricter cancellation policies which shall apply where relevant.

6. Changes or Cancellation by the Company

The Company reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather conditions, road conditions, safety concerns, government regulations, park closures, or other circumstances beyond its control.

Where significant changes are necessary, the Company will provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

If the Company cancels a tour due to circumstances within its control, payments received will be refunded in full.
