Reservations & Payment:

1. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure reservations. Full payment must be received no later than 7 days prior to arrival via Payment Link + 3.5% commission or bank transfer.

Rates:

1. All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are based on current tariffs and exchange rates. Rates are subject to change without prior notice in case of currency fluctuation or increases in government taxes or fuel surcharges.

Cancellations & Refunds:

1. Cancellations received 30 days before arrival: full refund less administrative fees.
2. Cancellations within 7 days or no-show: full cancellation charges apply.

Unused Services:

1. No refunds will be made for any unused portion of the tour or services once travel has commenced.

Liability:

1. Taleen Tours acts only as an agent for hotels, transportation companies, and other service providers. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, delay, or damage to person or property resulting from acts of God, illness, strikes, political incidents, or any cause beyond our control.

Travel Documents:

1. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the travel date. It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain all necessary visas and travel permits.

Insurance:

1. Comprehensive travel and health insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellation, medical, and personal expenses.

Responsibility of the Client:

1. Clients are responsible for adhering to local laws, customs, and the tour schedule. Any additional expenses due to personal delays or deviations will be borne by the client.
