Terms of Service
1. Booking & Payment
1.1 Bookings can be made via our website, email, or authorised travel agents.
1.2 A non-refundable deposit of €300 per person is required to secure your place.
1.3 Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
1.4 Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
2.1 All deposits are non-refundable.
2.2 Cancellation fees (per person):
- More than 8 weeks: deposit only
- 4–8 weeks: 50% of total tour cost
- Less than 4 weeks: 100% of total tour cost
2.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation, less applicable fees.
2.4 We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations or unforeseen events.
