- In case of unsafe conditions, especially for fast boat transfers to Nusa Penida, the tour may be rescheduled or canceled
- Alternative dates or partial refund will be offered (excluding non-refundable components if any)
- Itinerary may be adjusted depending on traffic, weather, or local conditions
- Pick-up and return times are approximate
- Delays caused by third parties (e.g. boat operators) are beyond our control
