Sumatra Jungle & Wildlife Adventure – 3 Days / 2 Nights

Your journey begins in Medan, where the city slowly fades into the wild as you travel toward Bukit Lawang; a quiet village at the edge of the rainforest. The first day is about arriving, slowing down, and easing into nature, with the river and jungle setting the tone for what’s ahead.

On the second day, step into the heart of Gunung Leuser National Park. Move through the jungle at a natural pace, where encounters are not staged, and every moment feels real. You may cross paths with orangutans, hear the calls of gibbons, or simply experience the stillness of one of the last great rainforests. The day ends with a gentle shift; floating back along the river, carried by the rhythm of the forest.

The journey continues beyond the usual route on day three, as an off-road path leads you to Tangkahan, a hidden sanctuary where nature remains untouched. Here, the experience is quieter, light trekking, rivers, and a respectful encounter with elephants in their natural environment. By the time you return to Medan, the journey leaves you with more than memories, it leaves you with a connection.
