Travel Itinerary

  • Today you will gather at Soekarno-Hatta airport to begin your journey to Hanoi via Saigon. Upon arrival in Hanoi, you will be transferred to the hotel for rest.

  • In the morning, you will continue your journey to Sapa. Along the way, enjoy stunning natural landscapes. Upon arrival, you’ll visit Cat Cat Village, home to the Black Hmong ethnic group, where you can witness waterfalls, ancient French-built hydroelectric power stations, and learn about the traditions, customs, and daily life of the locals.

  • After breakfast, you will be taken to visit Fansipan Peak, known as Fansipan Mountain / Indochina’s Roof, located at an altitude of 3,143 meters above sea level. You’ll take the Cable Car to the top.
    Afterward, visit the towering Amitabha Buddha statue, offering breathtaking mountain views. Later, shop at Sapa Church and Market.

  • Today, you will explore the popular tourist destination Moana Site Sapa, a beautifully landscaped area featuring unique photo spots such as: Moana Girl Statue, Heaven Gate, Infinity Lake, Golden Hand, and Lonely Tree. Take photos with stunning backgrounds here. Then return to Hanoi for rest.

  • In the morning, enjoy a photo stop in front of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on Mondays and Fridays). Continue with a visit to the One Pillar Pagoda and the Temple of Literature, the first national university of Vietnam.
    Enjoy lunch at Buffet Sen Tay Ho, famous for its wide variety of international and Vietnamese cuisine. Proceed to Halong for overnight stay.

  • After breakfast, enjoy the beauty of Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, by boat cruise. You will also visit the famous Thien Cung Cave, known for its stunning stalactites and s

  • Today, enjoy a city tour visiting War Museum, Reunification Palace, and take photos at Notre Dame Cathedral and Central Post Office, iconic French-colonial landmarks.
    Shop freely at Ben Thanh Market. Enjoy a farewell dinner onboard the Ben Nghe Cruise, with traditional music on the Saigon River.

Terms of Service

(Details of terms and conditions refer to the Tour Book, Proof of Payment/Invoice, and Website) The registration fee paid to AVODAH HARVEST INTERNATIONAL ("Avodah Tours & Travel") is non-refundable (down payment / non-refundable) of IDR 5,000,000,- / per person or according to the selected destination, plus any applicable visa fee (if any). Full payment must be made 14 days before the departure date. Participants aged 17 years and above who have limitations in physical or sensory abilities must be accompanied by a family member or responsible party during the trip. If a participant cancels the trip after making a booking, the cancellation fee will be charged as follows: At the time of registration: Non-refundable registration fee 30-15 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost 14-07 days before departure: 75% of the tour cost 06-00 days before departure: 100% of the tour cost Cancellations made by either party (Participant or Avodah Tours & Travel) due to natural disasters, war, epidemics, acts of terrorism, or other “Force Majeure” events, are subject to the policies of the airline, hotel, and other third parties abroad. (Force Majeure: An event that occurs beyond human control and could not be avoided, resulting in the inability to execute the planned activity as expected.) For the sake of comfort and smoothness in tour planning, Avodah Tours & Travel reserves the right to issue flight, train, or other transportation tickets, accommodation, and other arrangements only after written or confirmed approval from registered participants who have made the deposit. Avodah Tours & Travel reserves the right to change hotels used in the tour with equivalent hotels, should the initially booked ones be full or unavailable at the time of booking and confirmation. In cases where exhibitions/conferences cause hotel unavailability, equivalent hotels will be arranged in nearby cities. If visa applications are rejected or canceled due to embassy policies, while the application process was done properly, and the rejection was not the fault of Avodah Tours & Travel (e.g., due to incomplete airline documents), then the visa fee will not be refunded and participants will be charged cancellation and administrative fees based on the policies of the airline, hotel, and other international parties. The tour schedule may change based on conditions without reducing the inclusions within the tour package. Avodah Tours & Travel reserves the right to adjust prices for tours and other services (in case of price increases in tours, airport taxes, and others) to participants.

Price Includes

International and domestic airfare in economy class (non-refundable, non-endorsable, non-reroutable, based on group ticket prices under promotional fares). Accommodation in 4-star hotels based on twin-sharing (2 people per room). A single supplement fee applies for guests wishing to stay in a single room. Baggage allowance: 1 checked baggage with a maximum weight of 23 kg and 1 hand-carry baggage with a maximum of 7 kg (subject to airline regulations). Meals as specified in the program (MP–Breakfast; MS–Lunch; MM–Dinner) with group menus. Travel insurance coverage up to age 79 (not applicable to claims caused by pre-existing conditions). 1.1% VAT, International Airport Tax, Fuel Surcharge. Travel documents (passport, visa). PCR test and/or quarantine (if required). Personal expenses such as minibar, room service, laundry, additional food and drinks at restaurants, etc. Optional tours that may be organized during the trip. Excess baggage fees for luggage exceeding 23 kg (subject to airline regulations). Import taxes and duties on goods imposed by customs in Jakarta or the destination countries. Tips for drivers, porters, local guides, and tour leaders. Single Supplement charge for participants occupying a single room.
