3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24–48 hours before the tour (depending on agreement).
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure may be non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days.

4. Weather & Safety Conditions

• Tours operate in most weather conditions; however, mountain routes (Gudauri/Kazbegi) are subject to weather changes.
• In case of unsafe conditions (road closures, heavy snowfall, etc.), the itinerary may be modified or rescheduled.
• The final decision for route safety lies with the driver/guide and local authorities.

6. Transportation

• Vehicles are selected based on group size (sedan, minivan, or minibus).

7. Health & Responsibility

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel, especially for high-altitude areas like Kazbegi.
• Any personal injuries, loss, or damage during the tour are the traveler’s responsibility unless caused by proven negligence.
