Clients are required to provide accurate personal information and must carry a valid passport or identification for park entry. Safari Stride reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, park regulations, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control, while ensuring the best possible experience.

Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by the driver-guide at all times. Safari Stride is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from failure to follow guidance or from circumstances beyond our control, including wildlife behavior, natural conditions, or delays.

Wildlife viewing is not guaranteed, as animals move freely in their natural habitat. All park rules and conservation guidelines must be respected, including staying inside the vehicle unless at designated areas.

Any special requests, dietary requirements, or medical conditions should be communicated in advance. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, or unexpected disruptions.
