Itinerary Overview
DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY - NARITA
21:30: The company’s guide meets guests at the International Departure Terminal of Tan Son Nhat Airport for check-in on Vietnam Airlines flight VN306, departing at 00:30 to Narita, Japan.
Overnight rest and breakfast on the plane.
DAY 2: YAMANASHI – FUJI (Breakfast • Lunch • Dinner)
07:45: Arrival at Narita International Airport, immigration procedures, then the bus takes the group to Yamanashi, a renowned Japanese tourism and resort area.
Lunch, followed by sightseeing:
Lake Yamanaka Cruise: The largest of the five lakes at Mount Fuji’s base (“Fuji Goko”).
Mount Fuji: Japan’s highest mountain at 3,776m, a symmetrical cone resembling the number 8 (八), a national symbol. A source of inspiration for artists and travelers, visit up to Station 5 (weather permitting).
Oshino Hakkai Village: A UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site, this ancient village retains traditional culture, offering serene beauty at Mount Fuji’s base.
Evening: Check-in at the hotel, dinner, and an Onsen hot spring experience. Overnight in Yamanashi.
DAY 3: YAMANASHI – TOCHIGI – TOKYO (Breakfast • Lunch • Dinner)

Terms of Service
REGISTRATION CONDITIONS & PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
- Deposit: 50% of the tour price required upon booking.
- Cancellation Fees:
+) After registration: 75% of the tour price.
+) 20 days before departure: 90% of the tour price.
+) 0-19 days before departure: 100% of the tour price.
+) Cancellations must be notified directly to the company via fax, email, or message and confirmed by the company. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
- Passport: Valid for at least 6 months from the tour’s return date, with clear photos and complete information. Damaged or blurry passports, even if still valid, may prevent entry or exit.
- Flight schedules may change without prior notice due to airline policies.
- Foreign Nationals/Vietnamese Overseas: Check if your Vietnam visa is single- or multiple-entry. For re-entry visas, bring two 4x6cm photos and the Vietnam entry visa on the departure date.
- Registration: Provide accurate passport details (full name, issue date, expiry date), contact phone number, and address.
- Guests over 70: Must provide a full health check certificate for international travel and be accompanied by a relative under 60 in good health.
- The company is not responsible for entry/exit denials due to personal or identity issues and will not refund the tour cost (guests bear any additional expenses).
- Sightseeing order may change based on traffic, weather, or practical conditions, but the full program will be maintained.
- Splitting from the group for personal visits or business is not allowed. Requests to leave the group must be pre-notified and incur fees as per regulations.
- Force Majeure: If the tour cannot proceed due to weather, natural disasters, strikes, riots, sabotage, war, epidemics, flight delays/cancellations due to weather or technical issues, the company will refund the tour cost after deducting incurred expenses (e.g., visa fees) but will not compensate for additional costs.
- Deposit Requirement: Depending on the case, guests may be required to pay a deposit of 200,000,000 – 300,000,000 VND before departure, fully refunded upon return to Vietnam.
- Post-Tour Visa Reporting: For guests required to report to the consulate/embassy, the company will retain the original passport. Guests must report within 3 days as per regulations.
- Visa Cancellation: If a guest cancels after receiving a visa, the company may retain the passport until the visa expires or notify the consulate/embassy to cancel it with a “CANCEL” stamp.
- Passport Handling: Guests submit original passports for visa processing. After issuance, the consulate and company retain the passport until departure, when the guide provides it at the airport. Post-visa, passports are held until departure unless urgent travel is confirmed with a flight ticket.
JAPAN VISA APPLICATION DOCUMENTS
PERSONAL DOCUMENTS:
- Passport valid for over 6 months (signed by the holder).
- Two 3.5x4.5cm photos with a white background (full name written on the back) + soft copy of the photo.
- Photocopy of ID card on A4 paper (one-sided, uncut).
- Photocopy of marriage certificate (if traveling with spouse).
- Photocopy of birth certificate (if traveling with children).
WORK/FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS:
- For Employees: Photocopy of employee confirmation/labor contract/appointment decision/salary increase decision + 6-month bank statement of salary account.
- For Business Owners: Photocopy of business license + tax documents + 6-month personal bank statement showing transactions.
- For Retirees: Photocopy of retirement decision + 6-month pension statement.
- For Freelancers/Housewives Unable to Prove Employment: Additional consultation provided by the company.
- Financial Proof:
+) Savings account with a minimum of 150,000,000 VND (maturity date after the tour return).
+) Original bank balance confirmation (issued within 2 weeks of visa submission), with funds deposited at least 3 months prior to submission.
+) Consulate may request additional documents. For guests born from Binh Dinh or Gia Lai northward, a household registry or southern residency confirmation is required.
NOTES:
- Guests with an existing visa: 800,000 VND deduction per person.
- Guests denied a visa: 2,000,000 VND fee per person.
