ITE HCMC 2026 has come to a close after three dynamic days in Ho Chi Minh City, marking the 20th edition of one of Vietnam’s most important international travel trade events.
More than a travel exhibition, ITE HCMC has become a meeting point where travel businesses, destinations, hospitality brands, airlines, tour operators, and technology providers come together to exchange ideas, explore new partnerships, and discover opportunities in a rapidly evolving travel industry.
Under the theme “Vibrant Connections – Global Destinations,” ITE HCMC 2026 brought together hundreds of exhibitors and travel brands, representatives from destinations across Vietnam, international buyers from more than 40 countries and territories, and thousands of trade and public visitors.

For Findtourgo, this year’s event was an opportunity to participate from a different perspective: as a travel technology platform connecting with the businesses behind the journeys.
Celebrating its 20th edition, ITE HCMC 2026 once again demonstrated the growing importance of Vietnam as a hub for international tourism and business connections.
Held at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), the three-day event brought together a diverse ecosystem of travel industry players – from tourism promotion organizations and destinations to tour operators, DMCs, hotels, resorts, airlines, MICE companies, and technology providers.
One of the key highlights was the Hosted Buyer Program, which connected selected international buyers with Vietnamese tourism businesses through pre-scheduled B2B appointments. This created a more focused environment for businesses to discuss potential partnerships, understand market needs, and explore opportunities for international growth.

International participants came from a wide range of markets across Northeast Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North America, and Oceania. This diversity reflects the spirit of ITE HCMC itself: creating meaningful connections between Vietnam, Southeast Asia, and the global travel industry.
For Findtourgo, it was also an opportunity to introduce our technology to a much broader community of travel businesses.
Unlike businesses exhibiting destinations, tours, or hospitality products, Findtourgo joined ITE HCMC 2026 to introduce technology built specifically for travel businesses. Findtourgo is designed around two challenges that increasingly go hand in hand for travel agencies and tour operators:
How can businesses reach more customers in the digital travel landscape?
And:
How can they manage their growing operations more efficiently once those customers arrive?
At ITE HCMC, we had the opportunity to introduce Findtourgo to travel agencies and tourism businesses from Vietnam, Southeast Asia, and other international markets. But the most valuable part of these conversations was not simply presenting our platform. It was listening.
Every travel business has its own way of working. Some are focused on expanding their tour distribution and reaching new customers. Others are dealing with increasing volumes of inquiries across social media and messaging platforms. Some are looking for better ways to organize customer data, while others are looking for a more connected system to manage their sales process.
These conversations gave us a closer look at the real challenges businesses face as they move toward digitalization.
For many travel businesses, digitalization starts with visibility. They create a website, publish tours online, promote their products on social media, or join marketplaces to reach new audiences.
But as the number of customers, inquiries, and communication channels grows, another challenge emerges.
These questions highlight an important reality: listing and selling tours is only one part of running a travel business. Findtourgo is evolving around this broader perspective.
The platform brings together tour listing, tour management, customer management, CRM, and omnichannel communication to help travel businesses manage more of their day-to-day operations in one connected environment.

Instead of simply providing a place to showcase tours, Findtourgo aims to support the journey from inquiry → customer → quotation → order → follow-up.
Another area that generated strong interest during our conversations at ITE HCMC was omnichannel communication.
Today’s travelers rarely stay on one communication channel.
A customer might discover a tour on Facebook, send a message through Messenger, continue the conversation on WhatsApp, ask another question through Instagram, and return days later to confirm the itinerary.
For travel businesses, this creates a familiar problem: customer conversations become scattered across different platforms.
Findtourgo’s omnichannel approach is designed to bring conversations from connected channels into one centralized workspace, alongside customer and sales information.
The goal is not simply to help teams respond to messages faster. It is to help businesses turn conversations into organized customer information that can support the sales process. Because in travel, a conversation is often much more than a conversation. It can be the beginning of a booking.
For Findtourgo, one of the biggest values of ITE HCMC 2026 was the opportunity to speak directly with people who operate travel businesses every day.
Different businesses naturally have different priorities. Some agencies are primarily interested in increasing their visibility and distributing their tours to new audiences. Some are looking for better ways to handle inquiries from multiple channels. Others are more focused on CRM, customer data, team collaboration, or managing their sales pipeline.
These conversations reinforced an important insight:
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to digitalization in the travel industry.
An inbound operator, an outbound travel agency, a DMC, a group-tour specialist, and an MICE company can have completely different workflows and customer journeys. That means travel technology should not simply offer more features. It should understand how travel businesses actually work. This is one of the principles that continues to shape Findtourgo as we develop the platform.
ITE HCMC also provided Findtourgo with an opportunity to look beyond Vietnam.
Southeast Asia remains an important market for Findtourgo’s development. Travel businesses across Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and other markets in the region operate within increasingly interconnected tourism networks, creating opportunities for cross-border partnerships and customer acquisition.
At the same time, the presence of international buyers and businesses at ITE HCMC created opportunities to introduce Findtourgo to companies from markets beyond Southeast Asia.
For a travel technology platform built with regional expansion in mind, these conversations are particularly valuable. They allow us to better understand how travel businesses in different markets operate, what challenges they share, and where their needs differ.
More importantly, they reinforce our belief that technology can play an important role in connecting travel businesses across borders.
For Findtourgo, ITE HCMC 2026 was not simply the end of a three-day event. It was a milestone in an ongoing journey.
The conversations we had with travel businesses from Vietnam, Southeast Asia, and international markets gave us valuable perspectives on the challenges they face and the technology they need.
Every question, piece of feedback, and discussion helps us better understand what travel businesses expect from a modern technology platform.
And those insights will continue to shape how Findtourgo evolves.
From tour marketplaces to CRM. From tour management to customer management. From individual inboxes to omnichannel communication.
Findtourgo believes the future of travel technology is not simply about helping businesses sell more tours. It is about helping them manage the business behind every tour more effectively.
We are grateful to everyone who took the time to meet with us, learn about Findtourgo, share their experiences, and discuss the future of travel technology at ITE HCMC 2026. The journey continues – connecting travel businesses, technology, and opportunities across Vietnam, Southeast Asia, and beyond.
