This 3-day gorilla trekking safari takes you deep into the lush rainforests of southwestern Uganda, where you will experience an unforgettable encounter with endangered mountain gorillas in their natural habitat in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Along the way, you enjoy scenic drives through Uganda’s beautiful countryside, passing rolling hills, local communities, and vibrant landscapes. The journey also includes a stop at the Uganda Equator for photos and a unique water experiment experience. This short but rewarding adventure combines wildlife, nature, and culture, offering one of Africa’s most powerful and life-changing safari experiences.
You will be picked up from your hotel in Entebbe very early in the morning by your professional driver-guide. Begin your scenic journey through Uganda’s beautiful countryside, passing rolling hills, traditional villages, and lush greenery. You will have a stopover at the Equator for photos and lunch en route. Continue to Bwindi, arriving in the evening. Check in at your lodge, relax, and enjoy dinner as you prepare for the next day’s adventure.
After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing by rangers from the Uganda Wildlife Authority. You will then head into the forest for the unforgettable gorilla trekking experience. The trek can take between 2 to 6 hours depending on the location of the gorilla family. Once found, you will spend one magical hour observing them in their natural habitat—watching them feed, play, and interact. After the trek, return to the lodge for relaxation and lunch. Then you will head for batwa cultural experience where we find the pigmies. You will learn how they survive in the forest, how they communicate,cook,dance and more. Return to the lodge for dinner and relaxation
Enjoy breakfast at the lodge before beginning your return journey to Entebbe or Kampala.You will again pass through scenic landscapes with a stop for lunch along the way, arriving in the evening for drop-off at your hotel or airport.

Availability is subject to confirmation at the time. 3. Changes & Amendments Any changes to bookings (dates, accommodation, or activities) are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. 4. Travel Insurance All clients are strongly advised to have valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings. 5. Health & Safety Clients must be in good health to participate in activities like gorilla trekking. Anyone showing signs of illness may not be allowed to trek for the safety of the gorillas. 6. Visa & Entry Requirements Clients are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, including visas and required vaccinations (e.g., yellow fever).
