At Eagle Soul Adventure, we understand that travel plans can change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our valued clients while ensuring the sustainability of our operations and our commitments to local service providers.
1. Cancellation by the Client
If you wish to cancel your tour, a written notice must be sent to Eagle Soul Adventure via email at info@eaglesouladventure.com
Cancellation charges will be applied as a percentage of the total tour cost, calculated from the date we receive your written notice:
60 days or more before departure: 20% of the tour cost
45–59 days before departure: 30% of the tour cost
30–44 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost
15–29 days before departure: 75% of the tour cost
14 days or less before departure: No refund
We recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations.
2. Cancellation by Eagle Soul Adventure
Eagle Soul Adventure reserves the right to cancel any tour due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, health emergencies, or other force majeure events that may affect the safety or feasibility of travel.
In such cases, clients will be offered the following options:
A full refund of all payments made, minus any unrecoverable costs already incurred with local service providers.
The option to reschedule or transfer the booking to a future date without additional charges, subject to availability.
We will always strive to notify clients as early as possible and provide suitable alternatives to ensure a smooth and fair resolution.
